ORDERING: To place an order for any of the "popular design" examples on my website, please email me with the item #s and the colors you want.
If you are interested in a custom design, please email me with design ideas including a description of the design, example pictures, etc. I am more than happy to let you know whether I can create the design and give a price quote.
Due to the custom nature of the jewelry, all orders are done via email. It is important to me that I fully understand the exact design that you desire and, if the design is custom, that I give you an accurate price quote. Therefore, personal communication is important and that is why I don't have an actual ordering system on my website. I check my email at least twice per day so I should respond within 12 hours, thugh oftentimes you will receive an immediate response. I look forward to hearing from you!
PAYMENT: I do all invoicing and payment through PayPal. I believe it is the most secure and safe way and it provides me and my customers with a legitimate receipt and many other protections. When you decide on an order, let me know and I will send you a PayPal invoice via email for your order. You can pay a PayPal invoice with all of the below methods and you do NOT need to have an actual PayPal account. My email invoice will include simple step-by-step instructions on quickly completeing the payment process.
TURNAROUND TIME & SHIPPING: My general turnaround time is 3 weeks from the date of payment; however, most orders can easily be expedited, just ask! Unless the customer requests otherwise, I send all orders via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. There is a $5 shipping charge for all orders.
PACKAGING: I have learned that most brides have their own packaging in mind, especially when the jewelry is a gift for their bridesmaids. Therefore, my jewelry does not come in any type of decorative packaging. Instead, I package all jewelry in plastic bags simply to keep all jewelry pieces safe during shipping. However, if you are interested in organza pouches, velveteen pouches, glossy cardboard boxes, velvet boxes or faux leather boxes, please let me know and I can tell you the colors and prices of available packaging.
PEARL AND CRYSTAL COLORS: Below are the available Swarovski pearl colors and Swarovski crystal colors. All pearl colors come in every size. However, some shapes of crystals (square, round, briolette, etc.) come in limited colors - if you would like to know if a particular color comes in a particular shape, please ask! Also, all jewelry can be made with either silver or gold metal.

These are the basic colors I offer; however, if you do not see the shade or color you need, please feel free to ask because I can find ribbon colors to match just about any custom color! Also, customers are welcome to send me fabric/paper swatches so I can find the best match.
